“Sands and Skies” is a personal journey into family vacations and the celebration of traveling. Inspired by Cathleen and her family’s many trips during childhood to her most recent excursions and future voyages she would love to take, the artwork in this show highlights various places in the Philippines, as well as Las Vegas, Monterey Bay, Chicago, and more. This exhibition is a nod to the passion for travel that Cathleen’s parents instilled in her as a child. It is her hope that this show encourages the audience to take a trip in the future.
